The orchid was gorgeous. the only problem we had was Stanford Hospital, who left it at the Nurses' station for two days! I didn't know I had to call the nurses's station, to make sure the orchid was delivered. That was tough to hear, as our friend is very ill, and she just sent a photo of an emptying hourglass to one of our friends, so two days matter to us. Thanks for caring.

I asked for a picture of the final bouquet, but never got one. Considering how much I paid, I think you guys could have taken 5 minutes to upload a picture, so that I could actually see the product I paid for.

The recipient was thrilled with the orchids, but there was no card attached. So the recipient had NO IDEA who sent this gift. If not for that, I would have given 5 stars.
