I am very impressed by the customer service, variety of choices, price point and quality. I ordered flowers to be delivered to Stanford Hospital. I contacted the florist by phone and confirmed they were still delivering to the hospital. (I had completed an on-line purchase with another local florist only to be notified that they don’t deliver to Hospitals because of COVID. But I was charged and I’m still awaiting my refund. That was frustrating.) The woman I spoke to at Stanford Floral Design was very friendly. The online ordering was easy. Delivery was prompt the following day. I received an email notice when delivery was complete. The flowers were beautiful and the price was very reasonable. Easy process. I recommend them.
